On Jan. 3, 2017, political prisoner Mumia Abu-Jamal (shown with wife Wadiya Jamal) won a court order for treatment of life-threatening Hepatitis C. This is an important victory.

U.S. District Court Judge Mariana said denying treatment is cruel and unusual punishment and unconstitutional. He ruled that Mumia must receive medication within 21 days.

The decision bolsters the class action suits by 9,000 other Pennsylvania inmates. Tell Penn. Department of Corrections Secretary Wetzel not to appeal and not to delay this life-saving treatment. Call 717-728-2573 or email
