Linda calls for public financing of campaigns, but until that reform passes she needs your financial help to counter the big buck, big-business-backed politicians who are running for city council. Linda fought and won a federal court case to honor the privacy rights of her donors (see news 4/7/05 on this web site), so she is not collecting donations on line. Even though she keeps donor information private, she is still required to collect donors' names, addresses and, for amounts of $100 or more, occupation, employer and employer's city.
