Ehren Watada: judge nixes new court-martial

Good news! In early November, U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle imposed a temporary injunction to bar the Army from putting 1st Lt. Ehren Watada through another court-martial. Watada and other dissenting military personnel may yet win the right to oppose military policy and politics without going to jail. Of special note is the fact that Settle, a civilian judge, has countered the military courts - a rare and rational occurrence.
